Farmacy Beauty Honey Potion Helps Save Honey Bees

Farmacy Beauty Honey Potion

Guess who has new and exciting skin care fresh from the farm for you to try this fall?  Farmacy Beauty!  This is certainly a brand that has become very popular and they continue to release beautiful products.  September is National Honey Bee Month so what a perfect time to share one of Farmacy’s newest releases, Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask.  This product is the first in Farmacy Beauty’s debut line of honey products.

All about Farmacy’s Honey Potion

Farmacy’s Honey Potion is a warming massage mask that nourishes and revitalizes the skin for a glowing, smooth complexion.  The product is a combination of honey, propolis (a healing antiseptic found in beehives) and amino acid-rich royal jelly, the mask facilitates skin renewal for a younger and more radiant looking skin.  The Honey Mask contains natural sugars and essential B vitamins.  When applied and massaged into the skin, it gently warms and becomes creamy.   After 10-15 minutes, you rinse the mask off and skin is refreshed and renewed.

One of the things I always look for before I purchase a product is how it performed in clinical trials.  In a consumer study, Farmacy’s Honey Potion was loved by women!   In a 2 week study, with women using the mask 3 times a week, the results reported were incredible and indicated this product is highly effective.

  • 100% of women noticed a younger appearance and a more glowing, smooth complexion.
  • 100% of women noticed an increase in moisture and their skin was more nourished.
  • 97% of women noticed a clearer complexion.

Now, that’s some good evidence that this product didn’t just work well for me but almost all women who tested the product, got great results!  Kudos to Farmacy for knocking another one out of the park!

Help make a difference for Honey Bees

I mentioned earlier that the Honey Potion is the first in a line of honey products so we’re expecting to see more from Farmacy Beauty using honey from local bees.  For each jar of honey potion that is purchased, Farmacy Beauty donates $1 to sustain honey bees.

But why is all this important?  Honey bees pollinate about 35% of the food we eat and contribute about 15 billion dollars annually to the U.S. economy.  I’d say it’s pretty important to keep them around!  Due to disease, parasites, pesticides, and weather, honey bees are declining .  Farmacy’s program is designed to help protect honey bees so you should feel good about buying the product.  Not only is it good for your skin and well loved by women, it is also supporting an important cause.

There are a few other simple ways that you can help save honey bees.  Buy local honey and plant nectar flowers to feed bees.  It’s as simple as that!  These little things will make make a difference.  Living in Arizona, I have access to some really incredible Arizona products.  I support local farmers and honey bees by purchasing locally produced goods, including fresh honey, from our Farmer’s Market.  And let me tell you, the honey is delicious!

    1. It really is wonderful. I used my mask this morning! I have been using it 3x a week because the clinical trials produced compelling results. So, I have noticed my skin is really clear and radiant right now. I can only say, the major difference, is the mask! YAY! Definitely try it. It’s a beautiful product but what I also love is the purchase goes towards a cause that I think everyone can get behind. That’s a win win!

  1. I love that you read clinical trials! I do the same thing and if I like the results then I go for it. Here is another one of your posts thats going to cost me. lol. Seriously, I do love your posts, I can hear the honesty!!

    1. I always do! I love checking them out. The only complaint I had about this product was when I washed it off, it burned my lips. Really weird because it didn’t burn anywhere else. But it was definitely warming as I wore it. I’m so glad you like the posts! Thank you so much! =)

  2. What a lovely post! I consider honey as a magic potion when it comes to skincare, works wonders. This product sounds intriguing, would definitely love to try it out but how can I get it? i also love the fact that they are supporting a good cause!

    1. It’s available at Sephora and also on QVC.Com. But on QVC.Com it is a better price (49.50 vs 56.00) I am trying to decide what mask to do this afternoon and I think I’m going to do the honey one! =)
